J's parents are in town.
This pretty much means that for the next two weeks, he has a captive audience whom he can subject to his audio and photographic ministrations. Case in point:
Hazel, politely listening to J's latest musical creation.
On Saturday, we went out to a lovely brunch at Absinthe with the parentals, K and Ish. We told them about the silly photos we'd made Hazel pose for, and the image of such comedic discrepancy led to a rather fun riffing session. While K blurted, "DJ Hizzazle is in da house," Ish and I jinxed one another with "DJ Purple Haze," much to the amusement of J — and the mild bafflement of his folks.
Today, J asked me to design a logo for a t-shirt, and I promptly obliged. Let me know what you think
